Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

Hereby, the Customer, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data", gives unconditional consent to the Seller – Individual Entrepreneur Buldakov V.A., hereinafter referred to as “SLK”, for the processing of the Customer’s personal data for the following purposes: storing the provided information in databases, conducting statistical and marketing research, improving the quality of products and delivery services, implementing marketing programs including promoting products, works, and services, and informing the customer about new products and services (e.g., via newsletters, product presentation invitations, messages about updates and terms) through various communication channels: postal mail, email, telephone, SMS/MMS messages. The Customer authorizes the following actions with their personal data: collection; systematization; accumulation; storage (in both electronic and paper format); clarification (updating, modification); use; dissemination (including transfer) to authorized persons and contractors of the Seller “SLK”, including cross-border transfers. Authorized persons and contractors of the Seller may entrust data processing to third parties under agreements in compliance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ. Upon data transfer, authorized persons and contractors must notify recipients in writing about their obligations to comply with personal data legislation. The processing may include anonymization, blocking (temporary suspension), and destruction of data without the possibility of restoration in both electronic and material formats. Data may be processed using specialized software developed for SLK or manually, including methods such as postal code verification, address standardization, and database segmentation. This consent is valid for 2 years and is automatically renewed for another 2 years unless revoked by the Customer as per Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ via written notice or email to the Seller at the contact address provided on the official website https://лес43.рф
